All sessions are 30 minutes—you will get more benefit in 30 minutes than you typically get from a 60 minute workout.
All sessions start and end on time. My daily schedule is heavily booked, so if you arrive late I will not be able to extend your session time. You’ll have to work even harder to get it all finished in a shorter time. Please arrive on time!
Cancellations must be 24 hours before scheduled session to avoid being charged. I can usually fill your space if you have to cancel, so please let me know as soon as possible if you are not able to make your appointment.
